I wanted to thank you for developing the River View Town Homes on 14th, street. I understand this is the first of many new projects in our neighborhood and all of us are excited to see the wonderful transformation take place. I have lived here for over 10 years and felt like we were the only people that appreciated the breathtaking view and the convenience to everything. It looks like the secret is out and we welcome our new neighbors. I have lived in many cities across the country while playing professional baseball and feel fortunate to have located this property. I love my home here in Newport and the neighborhood. We all appreciate the investment you have made in both 14th and 13th streets.
