Cutter Construction, Inc., and Cutter Custom Homes were started by Jim Cutter in 1993. We are a Campbell County, Kentucky based custom home builder who specializes in custom homes and remodeling.
Jim is a graduate of the Construction Technology Department of Northern Kentucky University. Jim also graduated from the Northern Kentucky Home Builders Association's Carpentry Apprenticeship Program. He is a very active member of the Northern Kentucky Homebuilders Association. Jim's many duties include: President, Chairperson State and Local Government.
Jim also volunteers his time to many local community groups. Jim has been giving back to the community in many ways. Many in the area recognize the Cutter Construction name by the multiple youth organizations and youth sports teams that they sponsor.
Our two divisions include the following operations: Cutter Construction, Inc. manages the Residential Remodeling as well as our Commercial Projects. Cutter Custom Homes specializes in New Custom Built Homes.
Our team management and field crews understand the need of delivering projects on time and strive to meet the needs of our customer's budget.
